Sarah is incredibly friendly and always available. She provided great feedback, was consistently encouraging and positive, and truly made the whole process enjoyable. Our first open home was on the 8th of February, and by the 20th of February we had an unconditional offer — how amazing is that! Sarah was very easy to deal with, we had a great line of communication right from the start. She kept us informed with progress along the way, perhaps we were surprised at the length of time it took to sell, but that was no reflection of her abilities, just the market at the time. Sarah I've known as Mrs Erickson for a long time due to playing rugby with her boys.Sarah was amazing to deal with she new what we wanted applied no pressure at all we had private viewings which made it even better.We also no the vendors she pushed to secure it for us we will never forget it.Totally recommend Sarah we just want to thank you so much for everything.
