Beth and Lee did an absolutely fantastic job selling our home. From the moment we listed with them, they worked to a tight 3-week deadline, had the property under agreement right on schedule, and then sold it just 7 working days later! They ran mid-week and weekend open homes, each lasting 45 minutes or longer, ensuring every potential buyer had plenty of time to view and ask questions. We needed to do a few touch-ups and install some upgrades before going to market, and they have someone for everything which made the process hassle free. Their professionalism, organisation, and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and efficient. We decided to pick Lee to sell our property and we are very satisfied with the performance through the process, We were provided with weekly reports which had all the information on who went thru and what comments they made , Also analysis of where people were viewing our property. While a sale took longer than we hoped i can say that Lee and Beth went the extra mile to get our property sold in an up and down market and back up offers were chased and put in place once we had a conditional offer so you cant ask for more than that.
