The house was marketed initially by a different agency. When Yvenna came on board she advised several changes which influenced presentation e.g. new stove, house wash, removal of net curtains. She did not recommend some expensive options like interior painting. The marketing of the property was next level and included drone photos showing off the location, and walk-through videos. Advertising materials were available in a variety of languages. Yvenna's ability to work with buyers (and the vendor) is what made the sale. The eventual buyer needed a prompt house sale which she managed for them by generating interest from developers and first-home buyers. When I interviewed several agents for the listing, one said we need to wait for the right buyer, another said I can solve any buyers concerns, and Yvenna said "I will make them fall in love". That pretty much sums things up. Yvenna did more than promote the property. She was able to dig down into the objections buyers had and gave appropriate feedback. She was then able to have buyers commit to contracts. Her backroom staff need a mention too as they attended to a range of details which made the process work. I have dealt with many agents over the years and Yvenna is by far the standout.

He gave us information and knowledge about houses while walking with us around every open homes He spent a huge amount of time which I have never seen anyone else spend in their work, arranging house checks, answering questions we had, seeking answers for us and negotiating with other side. Anyway there wasn't any concerns with working with Eric, he is amazing!
