Arjun was wonderful at finding an investment property that met all of our requirements. He took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details before we decided to move forward with it. He showed us properties and gave us valuable insights into the local market. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and very prompt in answering our queries. We definitely will contact him in our future purchase of another property to add to our portfolio. We highly recommend Arjun to anyone looking for a reliable, and knowledgeable professional.

Nice and patience, providing professional advices regarding property sell

The team did a perfect job to help me find a dream house. Their analysis helps me know more about the house and make a decision about what kind of house I want.

Yvenna was knowledgeable on the current market conditions and offered some good marketing suggestions. She and her team were very responsive. She managed to get a great offer for us within 2 weeks of listing. Very happy with the result.

The teammate who is dealing with this purchase was not professional. For example, I was told that a builder is available to do an inspection around 4.15 to 4.30 pm and will confirm the time later for myself to go to the site when the agent and builder go to the side. However, I received a call from the agent 4.05 pm after doing an inspection with the builder.

Good service from the agent.

Excellent team! Eric Chang, who assisted us selling our property, has provided professional and efficient work. Very good communication skills between vendors and buyers. Professional knowledge on residential property industry. Highly recommend.

Overall the experience of working with Harcourts has been good. We have been kept in the loop of the progress of our sale. Any questions we had along the way were never a problem to answer. I would recommend Harcourts to others. An all round positive outcome.

I can't recommend Arjun Mahajan from Harcourts Hamilton enough! He helped us sell our house in just over a month, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Arjun's professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to getting the best price for our home were truly impressive. From the moment we listed our house with Arjun, he took the time to understand its unique features and the best way to showcase them. His photography and marketing strategies were top-notch, and he made sure our home stood out in a competitive market. Arjun was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout the entire process. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he managed to secure a deal that exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for all of Arjun's hard work and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell/buy their home. If you're in the market, look no further - Arjun is the real estate agent all you need!

When we were selling this house, Yvenna and her team were very professional, but also very respectful of the homeowner's opinions. If there are any problems, we communicate in a timely manner. Maximum efficiency. She is the most reassuring home sales agent we have ever met.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Yvenna from Harcourts Hamilton for the sale of our Nawton property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As we were out-of-town Landlords, we never met Yvenna or Craig in person but from my initial phone call with Yvenna, I was impressed. Yvenna demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly set her apart. Her deep understanding of the local market was evident, and I found her straight up and honest about the market conditions and the potential sale price of the property. What impressed us most was Yvenna and Craig’s dedication to communication. They used the very simple method of a WhatsApp group to communicate the simpler details along the sales journey which was a total gamechanger as it kept my wife and I informed with the same information at the same time. We found Yvenna was always available and responsive, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way. Yvenna’s negotiation skills were outstanding, resulting in an offer within a short amount of time and a price that we were happy to accept. I wholeheartedly recommend Yvenna to anyone in need of a dedicated, knowledgeable real estate agent who delivers exceptional results. Thank you, Yvenna, for your outstanding work and for making the sale of Derby Street a breeze!

Excellent market knowledge, saw potential in house that other agent’s couldn’t see, provided sound advice regarding presentation and overall great experience with the whole team. Would definitely use in future and recommend to others.
