Dave went the extra mile to help get my house sold in a timely manner and provided great advice on how the property could best be presented and the strategy for marketing and sale. He worked in with my property manager to arrange access to the property and get a number of minor repairs sorted. This was particularly helpful because I live in a different city to the house being sold and this saved me having to fly up to get the issues sorted myself. This took a significant amount of stress out of the sale process.
