Whilst we delayed selling the property, Tracey kept us informed of issues in the Hamilton area that could affect the target market. The large section was prime for development, but with the weather events, Tracey kept us up-to-date with council conditions affecting potential developers. Once appointed to sell the property, Tracey kept us informed, particularly appreciated as we live out of Hamilton. Tracey and the Eve's Team made it clear to us, both pre and on the day of the auction the process they will follow leading to a final Sale Price that exceeded what we expected given the market conditions at the time.
