Sue was very prefessional yet at the same time personable. She was able to communicate to both my father (over 80yr) and myself and sister clearly and effectively. Communicating with both age groups demonstrated experience and skill. Industry knowledge very obviously very experienced, and also offered discussion with other senior staff. Sue's agent partner Jack was also very easy to communicate with when Sue was unavailable. We had a tricky sale and both agents worked closely with us. Will definately use Sue again should the need arise.

18 months ago Sue was able to pull off the sale of our existing home and the purchase of another within what was, by necessity, a very short timeframe - so when it came to marketing my mother's home, Sue was the obvious choice. She was able to give us good advice on preparing the home for sale, and that sale was achieved in a little over a month despite the market being extremely difficult and there being appalling weather for most of the open homes. Throughout the process Sue kept us well informed on any interest shown in the property, and was sure to follow-up with any prospective buyers. Eventually the stars aligned and the deal was done. On occasions when Sue was unavailable, Jack Solomon was able to step up to the plate and keep us in the loop. He was also instrumental in making sure that all of the background "admin stuff" was covered. So all in all, the sale was made promptly and at a level where both parties feel they have got a reasonable deal. You can't ask for much more than that.
