From the prompt arrival of Jack at our listing enquiry, to the sale by auction of our property we couldn't fault Sue or Jack. We mainly dealt with Sue and felt supported and informed during the whole process. All questions were answered promptly and she made sure that all information was accurate. Due to our circumstances Sue has given after sales service that was not expected, but appreciated very much.
