We had not sold a home for over a decade so were not in touch with the Market so trusted Steve and Lesley to advise the best price start point. We knew that the unit next to Mum's was also for sale. Our start price was over 629 and we eventually sold for 535, perhaps a lower start price may have sold earlier i.e 569 but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
