We couldn’t recommend the Pt Chev Professionals team highly enough. They helped us both buy our new home and sell our existing home, and their support throughout the whole process was exceptional. What really stood out was their ability to make things happen and get deals across the line. Having them involved on both sides of our move made the transaction all come together. Their speed and responsiveness were exceptional. We went conditional on our new house at 5pm on a Friday, and by Sunday night their team was at our existing house taking photos. Our house was listed by the following Tuesday. The turnaround was incredibly impressive, particularly given how quickly everything needed to come together. They genuinely work around the clock and were always responsive to calls and texts whenever we needed them. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and they were highly professional and easy to deal with. They even went above and beyond by letting us store our boat on some of their spare land while our house was on the market - a small gesture that made a big difference to us. Derek and Matt are proactive, hardworking, super responsive and great people to have in your corner. Preparing our home for sale felt like a huge job, but Derek, Matt and their Concierge Team made the whole process incredibly easy.
