When contemplating moving to Taupo it was recommended that we contact Penny which we did and communicated via email for a few of months, during this time we missed out on a couple of properties (not listed with Penny) and all along Penny kept in contact so decided to put our purchase in her hands. Penny took us to see a number of properties in different suburbs so we had a greater understanding of the area and what we could expect. We found a property put in a pre auction offer which was accepted and the deal was done. Prior to settlement Penny and Sacha were there to handle queries help organize times for trades men to visit it was seamless. From the beginning they grasped our situation, timelines and understood the complications of arranging open homes and viewings around guests (we were selling a holiday home rental apartment).
