Neal was great, very transparent from the outset which made it a lot easier for everyone. Not very pushy either, just the right amount of follow up and communication that didn’t feel pressuring. This made us comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. Explained the buying process (we were new to it) very well and was always there for questions.
Jeremy and Linda were a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile to help get our property market ready and took us expertly through the whole process. Neal is very knowledgeable in his field of work, but more importantly doesn't present information as a sales pitch or create any sense of urgency for you to male decisions. Neal respects that it is a big decision to sell your house and presents information in a way that allows you to work at your pace to communicate it all.
