Neal was great in the selling of our house in Titirangi. He has an easy going down to earth nature, is knowledgeable and was able to help walk us, as new sellers through details of sale. This was refreshing in the way he clearly brought all information to us, explaining the different options and the steps required. Our sale was complicated for Neal by having his vendors in different parts of the country but he did a great job of maintaining communication and keeping us all up to date. Interacting with Neal was easy, he was readily available, professional, while maintaining an easy to approach manner. His information was considered and clear with some great details. Very easy to contact and talk with. With his experience in the industry Neal was able to offer great suggestions and contacts for anything might have needed a hand with.

Neal was competent and communicative all the way through our sales process. Straight talking and well informed, he ushered us through a sales campaign with few interested parties and a sale with an uncommunicative and pernickety buyer.
