From the moment I met Neal at the first open home, he was communicative throughout the negotiating and purchasing of my new home from start to finish. His patience and guidance say a lot as he never once made me feel uneasy or hard to deal with as a purchaser. Thank you for not being one of those pushy agents who rush people into buying something just for a quick sale. His market knowledge of the area was on point and told me what I needed to know. Your negotiation skills helped the vendor and myself come to an agreement where he sold and I purchased a home that was meant to be mine. Forever grateful! Thank you Megs for the email communication. Froom start to finish Neal was a professional. Although buying a house can be scary, Neal put us at ease and ensured we were given what we needed to make an informed decision. His communication was top notch and on time throughout. Extremely knowledgeable about he area as well as the property itself. We can see why vendors are happy to list with him and would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property in future.

Neal and Megs communicated their knowledge of the housing market in our area of Titirangi even before we signed up with them. The months we chose to sell were perhaps not the best for vendors, but they found a buyer and we were in our new place in 3.5 months. We were unprepared for all the negotiating both before a formal offer, once the offer was made, and yet again after the building report. Since we hadn't sold a house in 25 years, it would have been helpful to have some forewarning of this, as it would have helped us pace our drop in asking price better. We were very happy with how Neal kept in touch, and appreciated the advice he gave. He faithfully showed up for open homes over the Christmas holidays (and were glad he took at least Christmas day off!) We would certainly recommend him to potential vendors.

Excellent service

We originally bought our house through Neal and the experience was so good we decided to go through him and Meg in order to sell the house. They got it done quickly and efficiently and we had a great time along the way. 10/10

In what was a slow market, gave sound advice and remained committed to maximise advertising visibility and exploring options.
