Nicky has been brilliant to work with on the sale of our unit. We have been really impressed by her market knowledge communication, organisation and support. Nicky also has an incredible team of contractors to support preparation for sale. She arranged a painter, gardener, cleaner, handyperson and staging company - all of which are fantastic at what they do. A couple of times the contractors had to check in with us and we were impressed with their initiative and quality of service. Our experience was even more impressive given the final part of the sale process fell during the level 4 & 3 lockdowns. We would highly recommend Nicky and her team to any prospective buyer.
