We bought a townhouse off the plans from Nicky. Although we were living in Wellington at the time . She was extremely helpful and answered our many questions through the whole process. So when we wanted to sell an apartment in Epsom our first call was to Nicky even though it was outside her area.She was happy to work with our property and brought on another local agent from Epsom to help. The property was very well marketed and although the market is difficult at the moment we had an offer and backup offer in three weeks.
