Absolutely stress free from the moment we made the call , Scott is professional , helpful, with great communication throughout the whole process from selling your home to buying your new one , after having this experience with Scott and Team Ledger I wouldn’t use any other .

I found Scott to be very professional, well presented and knowledgeable about the Property I subsequently sold/purchased. This is the third property I have sold or purchased through Bayleys and on each occasion I’ve had total confidence in the Ledger Family of Real Estate Agents. It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and would recommend his services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Scott was very professional and kept me informed through the whole process of selling my property. He had excellent advice and I felt he was looking after my interests when handling the transaction.

Scott found us a variety of great properties prime for development, he took our requirements and found great opportunities in the market. His expertise in identifying these properties was invaluable and we will be using him for our projects moving forward!

Scott has been an amazing agent for us. We look for properties with potential so having Scott as an agent has really helped us streamline the process for us. He has a great ability to visualise how properties could altered to give the best returns. Highly recommended!!

For first time buyers through auction, Scott made time to run through the process with us as well as a strategy for purchasing the house. He was with us all the way and ensured we managed to secure the property. Scott also managed to secure multiple times for us to view the property outside of the open homes to allow us to determine this place was for us. He is very easy to work with, and I would happily do it again.

As usual Scott from Team Ledger provided an excellent service when we recently sold our rental property. Our expectations were well and truly exceeded in the level of service, advice, communication, and the sale price. Thank you so much, we highly recommend.

Professional, reliable, and incredibly personable, Scott and everyone at team Ledger have been a joy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Hi, Mike again helped us and enabled the sale of our sections. He provides a skillful, knowledgeable and professional service. I would recommend. Cheers Mike

Effortless is how I would describe dealing with Scott. He knew the market well and gave me great feedback and advice on selling my property. Scott and team were so easy to work with, I couldnt have asked for better support to sell my property. Recommend Scott tenfold.

We had been successful in purchasing a property which was subject to the sale of ours - until a cashout clause was activated and the time to sell ours went from five weeks to three days!!! Enter Team Ledger... We chose to list with Team Ledger as we knew it would give us the best possible opportunity to get our place sold in time – and at the best price. The marketing for our place was done to an incredibly high standard with Scott shooting an amazing video, it was delivered in such a way that many of our friends and family were asking why we were moving from such a beautiful home. The emotional rollercoaster my wife and I were going through was continually soothed by the considered and positive approach from the team, it gave us the confidence we needed to get through our day to day lives as best we could. Going into the Easter weekend with the deadline fast approaching we had almost given up hope on our new home until Team Ledger delivered us the Easter miracle we were after. Looking back a few things stood out to us which they must be praised and recognised on… Service was second to none, always available, honest, upfront and quick. Communication was outstanding with all the team knowing exactly where everything was placed at all times. But it was their personable approach to all things that hit the nail on the head for us, their ability to relate, knowledge of all things property and skill to execute a sale in very quick time. We wouldn’t be in our new home without the help of Team Ledger – thanks so much guys!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service Scott and Team Ledger provided during the recent sale of our lifestyle block . They guided us in getting the property ready for market , helped us determine a realistic price , were courteous in showing the property and helped us achieve a quick and satisfying sale . Completely professional from start to finish ! Couldn’t recommend them more highly !
