Scott was very knowledgable about the area, our property type and statistics. He almost got the sale price exactly right from our first initial meeting. He and the test of the team worked incredibly hard and got us a fantastic result we were not expecting.
Mike was very accomodating given our restricted availability. We also appreciated his manner - clearly he knew the property and was well informed, but he wasn’t pushy with information and gave us space to ask questions and form our own opinions. Overall we would be giving an excellent review even if we were unsuccessful in our purchase.
Team Ledger went the extra mile for us and helped us through a difficult situation and time. They did everything possible they could to see us through to a new start, and we are exceedingly grateful to them for their care, kindness, and professionalism toward us. We could not have found better agents and we won’t forget what they have done for us.
Team Ledger must be the # 1 Real Estate Team in the North Island, easy to deal with and highly professional. Highly recommended.
We dealt with Anne from team Ledger. She was extremely helpful, delight to purchase our home from. Would recommend her services to everyone 🙂
Hi Scott, Although we didn't meet you we had excellent dealings with both Mike and Tania and particularly Mike who helped organize some repairs to a couple of things both before and after we had signed the purchase agreement for our property.
Scott was very pleasant and professional in all dealings from first viewing the property, to purchase and final inspections. Would definitely recommend.
Anne, It has been great experience with Anne who helped us to get our first home..
Scott was an excellent agent. He was knowledgeable, had clear communication and ultimately got the job done with a fantastic result!
Scott is wonderful! Makes you feel at ease through the whole process and happy to answer all my silly questions. Thank you Scott 😊
