All communication was excellent (very flexible - email, text, phone as needed depending on time zones and locations), and all the small details were covered without us having to follow up. Jacqui was truly independent and got the job done quickly, and did a great job of balancing communication with efficiency - I felt like we were consulted where we needed to be, but anything that didn't need a conversation just got done quickly and well. Hard to imagine a home sale going more smoothly!
