Jacqui really was amazing managing a quick sale and at a great price. Her market appraisal was spot on. Jacqui had a great team of tradesmen behind her. They quickly and expertly fixed a few issues that needed attending to. We are living quite some distance out of Dunedin so Jacqui quietly organised everything without us needing to travel down. Our wonderful experience with Jacqui Johnston began in July 2019. We have been considering for a few years about relocating from Auckland. Dunedin was a strong choice because of children and grandchildren already living there. So we made a list of potential addresses and did a tour on this particular visit. One of the houses impressed us so much, we immediately called the agent Jacqui Johnston to arrange a viewing. She was there within 15 minutes. It was love (the house) at first site (and sight). The rest is history. We communicated with Jacqui from a distance during the sale process.
