My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer. They we're excellent communicators and fully briefed me on all aspects of the selling process.

They achieved a great price in a subdued market. I had real piece of mind throughout the whole process which was important as I wasn't in the country.
