We had a house full of clutter and it needed to be cleared and then a reasonable amount of work done before we could list it. We didn’t live locally so Jayne was awesome with helping us by meeting subcontractors, giving us good advice, identifying ways we could save cash and always being available when we needed to talk with her. She’s very proactive and in the end sold our place after a week on the market for over BEO in a very sluggish market. We were very happy.

Luana was marvelous to deal with throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond our expectations. Following up on any questions we had. She's always cheerful and has a calm persona, which we appreciated. When we arrived quite late at 7.30pm, having been through a 12 hour drive from Auckland feeling drained and tired Luana was there with a beautiful gift and the keys and a smile on her face .
