The group WhatsApp is an excellent way to keep the entire team in the loop and in keeping us, the nervous sellers reasonably comfortable. Whenever it felt like we were not moving ahead, Brayden was there with a supportive word as he worked hard to get the property sold. The price was not as good as we had hoped, but the sale price was its actual market value.
Kath was wonderful right throughout the process and continues to give us ongoing support. She has great communication and we got perfect results.
