Chris was great to deal with. No BS, just hard facts and exactly how he planned to sell our house and achieve a great result for us!! In the end we had multiple offers up and above our own conservative estimates and left us feeling very happy with where the house sold at. Chris supplied a great marketing approach with minimal disruption bringing all prospective buyers together to view the property at once,this also encouraged competition.This resulted in a sale on the first days viewing and at a price at the top of the scale. I found Chris very professional and easy to deal with in relation to the property sale.

I thought this other support services were excellent and the photographer was outstanding. I would recommend him as a 'top real estate agent' and a lot of that is due to his methodology and approach.

I had known Chris through a local gym he ran prior to his involvement in real estate and I would see him around locally to say hi to so he was a natural choice when we decided to go to market.
