Chris supplied a great marketing approach with minimal disruption bringing all prospective buyers together to view the property at once,this also encouraged competition.This resulted in a sale on the first days viewing and at a price at the top of the scale. I found Chris very professional and easy to deal with in relation to the property sale.

Chris sold my property in very little time for a very good price. He was absolutely brilliant. I was really impressed with his ability to think outside of the box and offer solutions to problems which could have easily slowed the selling process right down. At the same time he also found me a house to buy. Fantastic! Chris is perfect for anyone buying or selling but especially for people in less than straight forward situations. His communication skills and common sense makes everything easy.
Chris provided excellent service and guided us clearly through the process. I liked his realistic and neutral, and 'can do' approach. What I liked was his negotiation approach which was to let the buyer/market decide on the price, remain professional and provide the information to buyers and provide feedback back to us on what the market thought. He did not over-hype. He remained objective, enthusiastic and reassuring throughout the process and was clear when he needed information, like builders reports, to pass on. I thought this other support services were excellent and the photographer was outstanding. I would recommend him as a 'top real estate agent' and a lot of that is due to his methodology and approach.

We found Chris to be an excellent choice for a realtor. He's a good communicator and has good ethical values. I had known Chris through a local gym he ran prior to his involvement in real estate and I would see him around locally to say hi to so he was a natural choice when we decided to go to market. He kept us fully informed and explained everything in good detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your house.
