Chris is an extremely ambitious agent with very strong knowledge in Real Estate practices. He has a strong knowledge of the Karori house market. I would have to say that I found the whole process from selecting the agent to the final settlement to be one of the most stressful things that I have ever done so I do find it difficult to write a positive review on selling my house but that should in no way reflect on Chris who maintained his professionalism throughout. I would have been a very difficult client at times! The outcome in the end was great - the right person has bought the house.
