Sam listened and understood what we were looking for. She was reliable and timely with her communications. We would highly recommend Sam.

What impressed us from day 1 was the enthusiasm shown by Julian and Samantha. This continued throughout the process and we were impressed with their drive, their attention to detail and that they kept us up to date every step of the way. We felt that they gave 100% in getting the sale over the line. We had a good rapport with all of team Blanchard and this made the whole experience a very easy and positive one for us.

We enjoyed our experience of purchasing a new home via Julian and Sam. They are both so easy to communicate with and we appreciated the friendly and professional service provided. We’re now looking forward to the next phase of selling our current property. Therefore we’re also excited to see them both in action from a vendors perspective bringing everything to a highly successful fruition.

We chose Juian Blanchard and Team Blanchard with high expectations. These were exceeded. Everything worked seamlessly for our sale with great communication key to the timely result. We highly recommend Harcourts and especially Julian who went above and beyond to achieve what we wanted. The expertise, professionalism and experience of the team was obvious. Julian has amazing people working with him. Special thanks to Sam who also impressed us with her talent for real estate sales. We would engage this outstanding team in any future real estate sale without hesitation. Thanks one and all.

Found them friendly and easy to work with.Open home worked well.Liked the way which they had all the team through house and the comments were great to hear.Hugh thankyou

They communicated with me often, I felt that my problems were their problems, and they could answer quickly each query that I had. It was a most difficult situation for me and my family to be in, as it was a deceased estate, but thankfully there was a reasonably quick sale, which was a great help. Thank you Julian and Sophie for the always personal touches, so much appreciated.

I can’t fault the team and their communication throughout the process. No complaints from us :)

Julian and Sophie are both excellent agents with great staff behind them.
