They communicated with me often, I felt that my problems were their problems, and they could answer quickly each query that I had. It was a most difficult situation for me and my family to be in, as it was a deceased estate, but thankfully there was a reasonably quick sale, which was a great help. Thank you Julian and Sophie for the always personal touches, so much appreciated.
