Julian made the process easy and I feel I was an easy client as well. I am very grateful the property has sold and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have liked to have had more feedback from him or the girls more often in the early stages, prior to auction. I felt they did not keep me up to date as much as they could have. Apart from that I was very happy with things. I have written that the price was below my expectations. It was lower than Julian's and other agents' appraisals. However I am aware that the market is perhaps a bit flat and it was my wish to move the property on rather than hold out for a higher price and still own it in 3-6 months time.

Julian is incredibly hard working and really goes the extra mile. His market knowledge is incredible and he answered all of our questions promptly.
