Julian helped us negotiate our offer with the vendor, which was quickly accepted. It was all very seamless and easy. Julian has been very helpful and accommodating through the entire process. He has made it as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended by us. Thank you!
Julian was always very well presented, he had all the info we needed up front which made the purchase a breeze. Communication was top tier when it came to dealing with a couple things to do with lim report and we thank him for everything he done to get us into our own slice of paradise. Very professional and we enjoyed having him as the agent for the house. His laughable and approachable character made it very welcoming and great to deal with. From our family to you Julian we thank you.
They were available to answer questiopns and help us through the offer part.

Thank you for everything, was great working with you and your team will happily recommend you to others in the future 😊
Easy to talk to in whatever the situation. Knew what the market was doing and what to do at different stages of the process. The Team were great in negotiating when reaching the high point after a bit of a lull
Hannah was really good. She kept in regular communication and understood what we were looking for in a property. This enabled her to select the best properties that would be suitable to us and always chased up outstanding queries. Overall we felt Hannah was working positively for us and would highly recommend.
Julian is very good to deal with and went out of his way to resolve a couple of issues we had with the property after we had purchased it
Julian was a great communicator throughout the process. The market is tough for houses over a certain price and I knew I had to meet the market where it is at. The sale was quick- quicker than expected, without a hitch. Julian went above and beyond to support me in getting out within very tight time frames
I originally chose to go with another agent from another brand, it was a disaster! So we decided to get in touch with Julian as we had heard so many good things about him. We were not disappointed. His communication was excellent, from appraisal to auction day, everything was easy. It was the first time we were selling our home, and we were not even stressed about it as Julian knew exactly how to anticipate our requests and communicate effectively. He also managed to get awesome results, which makes us very happy. Thanks Julian for your commitment and your kindness, now we know why you are the Top #1 Agent in Timaru !
We had a great experience with Team Blanchard from start to finish. The process was well-oiled and they achieved a quick sale at a premium price for our property. We were extremely happy with both the service and the result, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Team Blanchard to anyone looking to sell their property.
