Finally bought a house with the help of Kiah! She took us through quite a few private viewings and was even able to let us know about properties that were not yet listed. It was super convenient being able to book multiple viewings for one day each week, especially since weekend open homes don’t work with our schedule. She was wonderful. Showed us various properties within our budget. At each property she pointed out the benefits and also the advantages of the neighborhood. She helped us to find our perfect property and then negotiated a very good deal for us enabling us to purchase below asking price. I would reccomend Kiah to everybody.
