We found both Ben and Michelle to be very pleasant young people. They were very helpful along with the auctioneer who was pretty patient and pleasant and made the experience a lot less stressful especially as we thought there would only be us and one other person bidding for the property and discovered a room full of the neighbours all enjoying drinks and nibbles. Gordon said it was the most laid back auction he has ever been to and had a party atmosphere, making it far more pleasant.
