Ben has sold us 2 houses in 9 10 months and sold our house. In a slower market than normal he had to sell our house at a required price point to make our new house purchase work point as well as keep our sale alive on a property we had put an offer on through him. So he had to sell our house to the new owners, sell the house we were buying off his other seller and keep everyone happy. No pressure at all. Ben did well to bring it all together.
