Originally we were tempted to list our property in Matamata with the local agents, but I had seen Tall Poppy win a few awards so wanted to check them out. I had a number in mind to sell the property for, which was higher than the local agents had appraised it for. So I had hoped Andrew might see the potential in the house that we did. He said we would get that number no problem, of course I was not so sure. So we gave him a go and we never looked back. He got us over 100k higher than what we had hoped for.
