We hit the market just as the new lending rules came in so that made selling in our price bracket difficult - but Andy kept at it, followed up potential buyers and kept us informed - and ultimately the third S&P settled well! Jamie was a great knowledgeable agent that was personable and helped us to achieve a premium price for our home.
