We really appreciated Andy's friendliness, "fresh" approach and tenacity! We hit the market just as the new lending rules came in so that made selling in our price bracket difficult - but Andy kept at it, followed up potential buyers and kept us informed - and ultimately the third S&P settled well! Things were a bit more complex because we lived in a different town so relied on Andy to let us know how the property was looking etc - him & Cory make a great team!
