Above and Beyond Service with Outstanding Communication and Efficiency

I had a fantastic experience working with Shari and Shannon. They truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process, and helped make what could have been a stressful time smooth and manageable. Their communication was excellent, so I always knew exactly what was happening. Even when a few difficulties came up on my end, they were incredibly understanding and supportive, which made a big difference. Their efficiency was also remarkably good. Everything they said they would do got done, and done quickly. That level of reliability gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I would refer them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Taranaki.

This is the second time I had used Shari and Shannon as my agents-and yet again, they went over and above. Shari and Shannon certainly picked up and took ownership of more than what was expected/required of them. This heavy lifting helped take the emotion and stress out of the sale for me. Amazing support all the way through.

As first time home buyers in New Zealand, we were quite nervous and unfamiliar with the process. Shari was there with us all the way (even when she was stranded in Fiji) Nothing was too much trouble and she held our hands all the way through. We are so greatful to have had her by our side.
