Leona has been very professional throughout the whole process of assessing the property, providing advice on how & what to do to prepare the property for sale, including the excellent promotional pack & photos. She also provided excellent very cost efficient contacts to prepare the property for sale (cleaning, packing & decluttering, garden preparation etc). A HUGE benefit to me was Leona's ability to provide appropriate, & what turned out to be a very changeable & challenging Real Estate market due to global inflation including rising interest rates. Although very professional, Leona was very approachable & available for advice throughout. She also displayed immense empathy & understanding while I was going through significant stressful family issues. Leona was always honest, while also being discrete when appropriate.
