Pip went out of her way to show us the home via video call as we weren’t able to get to see the house in person. She was thorough, helpful and patient as we asked a lot of questions! We met Pip at an open home at a property which appeared to tick all our boxes. She had brochures all ready for us and the other people looking, and with Pip and her assistant whose name I didn't get, (my bad) we were shown the home and any of the many questions my husband asked was answered with knowledge or a promise she would find out for us. During the process of putting in an offer, finding the ins and outs of purchasing a home in todays world she was patient, professional, incredibly helpful. Pip has so much much information for people like us who didn't know the process. She facilitated the connection to the lawyer and explained everything to us. While doing her best for her vendor she also did the best for us. The endless questions and visits to reassure ourselves were handled with patience and respect.
