While we initially wrote a glowing review, we are now changing it in the light of poor service following our house sale (we were the vendors) going unconditional. She rang us on a Friday at lunchtime telling us that it was (in the first phonecall) that it was a "legal requirement" that the power be on for the presettlement inspection and (in the second phonecall) that it was "her understanding that it was a legal requirement." It is NOT. She wanted the power put on for a Sunday inspection. We were on holiday and driving at the time but spent an hour and a half arranging that which involved work on a Saturday. On Saturday, while at the house waiting to sort the power, we cut the grass and bushes. The inspection actually took place on Wednesday, two days before today's settlement. Pip called at about 7.30 pm asking that we cut the grass as it was "quite long." I explained it had been cut on Saturday. We did it again anyway. Turns out that we didn't need to do that either. We did not need these last minute stressful hassles and miscommunication. As a result, we will not be using her again.
