This has been the first house i have sold before so was a big learning curve for me but working with Lydia made it very easy and alot less stressful. Lydia had excellent and co sustent communication, keeping me informed of was happening with the house and people viewing. When I had an issue with a missing consent, Lydia took on all the hassle of arranging a builder and a council inspector to remediate, which was extremly helpful. Selling a house can be difficult and stressful, but Lydia effectively softened the blow of every hurdle we encountered, with positivity and professionalism. Overall this was a very good experince and professional, I would definitely call upon Lydia to be my agent if we were to sell a house again.

Pip was available to answer our questions when contacted and arrange a special viewing initially of the property - and also arranged for us after confirmation of the purchase - with the permission of the vendor - to allow us to place some furniture in the property.
