Great experience

Compared to previous offers, Debbie sat down and explained the sales and purchase agreement and all the nitty gritty with us and made everything very clear and concise. She made sure we were happy with everything prior to signing and furthermore kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent than Debbie. We actually met Debbie to buy a house but were the backup contract. Despite not getting that house, The way she handled that with speed and integrity made us go to her when we had to sell. We had an extremely tight deadline to sell to leave the country and she expertly guided us and drove the whole process top to bottom. She was also very savvy in advising us on handling a low ball offer, which turned out much closer to our asking price. We’ve now gone unconditional in record time and didn’t do much heavy lifting (other than lacking!). Debbie is trustworthy and totally supportive to the end. We’re lucky we found her.
