This is the second time we had approached Owen re selling our rental property. 2 years ago he was preparing to put the house on the market for us and we decided not to sell. Owen was great, he knew we felt awful and was very kind and understanding about it. We decided then that if we put the house on the market at a later stage we would do it through him. Our house was in a trust and required a lot more running around for him which he did enthusiastically. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. We believe he gave us very good advice and nothing seemed to be a problem. We signed the deed transfer with our lawyer on Friday and she commented on how thorough and professional he was compared to many she had dealt with.
