Scott was very clear and professional in his communication from the very first conversation. We were selling my 96 year old mother's home which she had lived in briefly with her husband and then for 30+ years alone. We want to focus on the manner in which he worked with Mum ensuring that she understood the process and all of the legal aspects as well as communicating to me the legal requirements as a Power of Attorney. Scott made sure that Mum participated in all aspects of the sale, visiting her several times at her Rest Home and at a time when she thought she was giving up control of her life and home Scott made Mum feel like she was the most important person in his day.
