Chris and Tracey were just a joy to deal with. We've never bought a property in NZ and had no clue what to do but these lovely ladies held our hands and guided us through. The property purchase became unexpectedly complicated (partly but not wholly due to Xmas in the middle of it all!) and Chris and Tracey reassured us and were so great until completion (or settlement, as you call it here).
