Grant was fantastic from the get go. He helped us work out what we should expect to get for our property and in the end he was bang on. He’s easy to communicate with even outside of business hours and really couldn’t do enough to help with our sale. We were first time sellers and it can be a daunting task, but Grant made sure the process was easy and that we knew what was happening every step of the way. Once we settled, we really felt like Grant was truly happy for us. He is a genuine person and a fabulous agent with a great understanding of the market and an unquestionable desire to do the best job for his clients. We will 100% use him again.
