He’s easy to communicate with even outside of business hours and really couldn’t do enough to help with our sale. We were first time sellers and it can be a daunting task, but Grant made sure the process was easy and that we knew what was happening every step of the way. Once we settled, we really felt like Grant was truly happy for us. Hi! I just bought a house in Picton and it is a real do-er upper. Perhaps a bit tricky for an agent to deal with all my questions and curious explorations during the purchase process. Grant was responsive, honest and kind, he obviously knows the area and what's going on really well he takes a empathetic and customer-focused approach. I also really liked the buying process where you express your interest first before engaging with expensive building and LIM reports. The process was explained to me several times with patience and I felt more protected as a buyer through this process than your average any-other real estate agent-process . Particularly since it's a sellers market, it was a pleasant process to go through with Grant and Tall Poppy, despite a few sleepless nights filled with uncertainty!
