We found Grant extremely easy to get on with. He was very accommodating, liked a laugh and had great real estate industry knowledge. We phoned from Tauranga to inquire about a property and he obviously has excellent listening skills and read our requirements in a property very well because when we flew down to meet up with him and discovered the property we had sought information on was not suitable he showed us another one which we consequently fell in love with and purchased.
