I had 2 iunits in a block of 5 to sell, I received a detailed market appraisal of similar properties in the area. The property took a little while to reach the market due to a problem with LINZ, Lorraine worked around this was able to sell the property having the purchaser rent it from us until the LINZ problem was sorted. She highlighted the uniqueness of the property which gave us a favourable result. Her communocation was excellent and she had our upmost trust.
