From the time we met with Grant to determine the best agent to market and sell our property and the decision to list with Tall Poppy through to the marketing process itself, Grant was clear in his communication always prompt and followed through precisely with everything he said. He listened thoughtfully to the details around our situation regards the sale of our long term residence and negotiated a brilliant offer to align perfectly with our needs. The marketing strategy, video and pictures were of such a high standard it is not surprising that there was a great deal of interest and Grant never stopped accomodating extra viewings to give our home its greatest exposure. Someone told us you should endeavour to "use the ver best local agent whenever selling" and we believe we did. The remarkable bonus in this entire experience has been the Tall Poppies , high level but no up front cost marketing and the much lower commission rates! We have asked ourselves multiple times why would anyone use any other agent! We highly recommend that any future sellers look to list with Grant Douglas and Tall Poppy they will not be disappointed.
