We decided to work with Willie to sell our house initially because of the much lower fees and because his valuation of our property matched fairly closely with what we thought our house was worth. I've always felt that real estate commissions are ridiculously high, and we knew (or hoped) that our home would sell quickly. Also, we understood that Willie would be doing all the work himself; there would be no PAs or other agents selling our house. Willie was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. I rang and texted him to ask questions almost daily and he was always very patient and went out of his way to make us feel confident as sellers. I'm sure I would've driven anyone else mad! We loved how our home was showcased in the advertisements and the brochure - it looked stunning (shout-out to the photographer!). As soon as our house was listed, Willie was inundated with calls and emails from interested parties. We never felt like he was working on behalf of buyers - only us. He filtered out all the stress associated with selling and only bothered us with the important things. Our first Open Home was a great success, with a huge number of people through, and the following day, Willie brought us multiple offers and negotiated with the buyer to get us the best possible price, which was much higher than any of us ever thought we'd get! We were sold one day after our first Open Home! We worked out that we saved around $12,000 in commission fees too - Willie's fees were roughly half what we would've paid with another real estate company. Since then, I have recommended Willie to every person I speak to who is selling their home. He is calm, patient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Willie made the process of purchasing my first home very easy as he talked me through every step of the process and made sure I was happy at every stage.
