I cannot rate Iain highly enough in the sale of two properties for me. Both sales were made in very difficult times, one during Covid and then in the slump in sales earlier this year (2024). Both times Iain was so professional and most importantly very knowledgeable of the market, that the last sale of my house in Feilding was made within a week. Iain went the extra mile for me, was always at the end of the phone if I had a question, and negotiated strongly with the buyers, on my behalf. And has offered assistance since should I need it. I also really like the cost structure that Iain has – nothing wasted on loads of extra advertising and also a flat fee. It shows the power of what one motivated, excellent agent can do.

Willie was very professional from the start of my journey to sell my property. As I was not in the area his communication with me was exceptional, I was kept up to date of where he was at with the property. He also arranged and met tradesmen at the property to tidy up a couple of things. Not sure what I would have done without him. I cannot recommend him more for his professionalism, kindness and of course for the sale of my property. Highly recommend him to sell your property.

We bought a chalet a while ago through Kath and she was first class. We really enjoyed working with her. More recently we decided to make the full move to Ohakune and we're thrilled that our purchase was being marketed by Kath. Having worked with her before we knew what to expect.
