Tim was brilliant it was pretty slow going at the start we had a lot of people looking but no offers. Agents I have dealt with with in the passed would have been telling us we were asking to much and we may have to look at dropping our price. Tim asurded us we were on the right track price wise and it was only a matter of time. This proved to be the case we received an offer $20k over the asking price.
