Great to deal with
Rachel came as a recommendation from a friend who sold her property with Rachael, from the 1st visit we had with Rachael we found her very knowledgeable and easy to talk to she answered all our concerns and did an amazing marketing and our property sold at the one & only open home she continued to support us through the whole process. We would highly recommend her to get the best outcome for anyone thinking of selling there property

Mixed experience but got the job done
Very quick to respond and showed good knowledge of the industry and was accommodating in meeting us. She followed up with things as promised. However made us feel bad for asking for some keys that hadn't been provided and felt rushed through pre-purchase inspection.

Easy process

Don't know what I would have done without her!
My house had been on the market prior with another company and despite the huge marketing fees I paid, it failed to bring me a buyer. When considering another company/agent, 2 different people I met recommended Debi Pratt from Tall Poppy. Her listing appraisal was so professional and you could see she was very experienced and knowledgable. I was feeling quite anxious about selling as our house interior was quite dramatic and unique and didn't appeal to everyone - however Debi just 'totally got it'. Her marketing script really summed up the house perfectly, I would highly recommend the video option which is the only marketing not included in their great marketing package and worth it's weight in gold. Debi appeared in the video herself giving a tour of the house. She described our house with so much emotion and really emphasised the features and benefits to potential buyers, The women who bought our house had already fallen in love with it just from watching the video repeatedly prior to viewing in person. I found Debi so warm, calming and reassuring to deal with and a brilliant negotiator, getting me the price we advertised at without toing and froing. Absolutely awesome agent. Would use again.
